Illuminate Mentoring Program

This program aims to connect South Australian leaders with experienced professionals who've walked the path and can help them find a new way to navigate the complexities and challenges of leadership.  

The ongoing uncertainty and extraordinary complexity brought about by the global Covid-19 pandemic has added immeasurably to the load of leadership over the past two years, leaving many leaders feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and unsure how to move forward.

Now, more than ever, leaders need additional support. 

The kind that can only be provided by someone who's been there, done that, and has the leadership "scar tissue" to show for it.

Someone who can engage in sharply focused conversation and provide a safe, confidential space to unpack challenges, test assumptions, and explore options.

Someone who can offer a fresh, expert perspective and sage advice when it's needed.

That "someone" is a leadership mentor. 

While there's a vast body of research demonstrating how impactful and important mentoring is, it's often associated with those developing in their careers. Less so for those who've reached senior levels. At that point mentoring becomes something that you provide to others.  

In recent years, however, even the most experienced leaders have struggled to find their way and many are realizing that reinvesting in a mentoring relationship could really help.

The Illuminate Mentoring Program has been developed for South Australian leaders who could do with additional support right now, but don't have the time to seek out a mentor to help them address the challenges they're facing. 

That's why we're mobilising a group of high-caliber, sought-after, SA based Mentors who are ready, willing and available.   

The Illuminate Program aims to make it as simple and easy as possible to get the mentoring you need now, as part of a structured program that involves careful identification of the right mentor for you, while offering you access to additional resources and ongoing leadership development support from LeadersHP.

Our Mentors are passionate about sharing expertise and insights from diverse career experiences as CEOs, Commissioners, Chairs, Executive Directors from a range of industries, sectors and service streams.

Our network of sought-after Mentors is constantly growing. If you are seeking a Mentor from an industry, sector or background not represented in our current cohort of Mentors, or if your need revolves around a specific issue or challenge, make a request and we will do our best to identify a suitable Mentor from within our broader professional network.
