mily nielsen
Office Manager/Administrator

Being the 'right hand' to top tier directors and executives across a wide range of industries, Mily has a stellar reputation for problem-solving. By blending a bit of intuition, a bit of logic and a bit of creativity, Mily is always passionate about finding innovative, durable solutions.

With over fifteen years' experience as an administration professional, it was Mily's broad experience base that truly honed her radar for what makes a good leader great and unlocked in her a passion to change the world - one leader at a time.

Somewhat a Jack-of-all-Trades, Mily loves learning anything new and puzzling out how to best implement it to improve processes and people.

Mily has been fortunate to work with some truly inspirational leaders in the past, be it direct report, dotted line or general association, and can often be found quoting the words of a former boss or mentor. This makes her the perfect fit for LeadersHP. Not least because she loves a good quote. She truly understands the work we do with leaders and why it makes such a difference.

Outside of the office, Mily is mama to a super sparkly six-year-old, occasionally paints or writes poetry and has a not-so-secret obsession with video games.
